To ensure that our products will serve you for many years, we select sustainable materials that meet all environmental and hygienic standards. However, all materials have their own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, depending on the climate, location and use of the products.
We recommend the use of hardwoods, which are characterized by stability and durability. However, there are models that require other types of wood. The material is chosen by the customer: oak, ash, hornbeam, larch, pine.
We manufacture the metal parts from carbon steel and strongly recommend that they be subjected to hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with EN ISO 1461. The zinc coating does not require any maintenance or monitoring and has a service life of 15 years. Some models can be processed by cold galvanizing, i.e. electric arc zinc spraying, due to their design and materials. After galvanizing, at the customer`s request, the models can be painted in a color from the RAL palette.
The production and delivery time is 1-2 months. All goods are made to order, and the delivery time is specified in the contract.
