About the Project
The reconstruction project of Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street in the Pidzamche neighborhood involved the installation of benches, trash bins, bike racks, and bike supports. Considering the street passes through residential, office, and industrial areas, creating comfortable conditions for all groups of travelers became a priority.
Reconstructing thoroughfares should provide convenience not only for motorists but also for pedestrians and cyclists. The implemented changes include:
- Creating rest areas for residents and pedestrians with UNO series benches
- Arranging bike lanes for convenient transit and bike crossings that, with installed UNO series bike supports, do not require cyclists to dismount
- Installing bike racks near offices and shops
These measures enhance the comfort, safety, and mobility for all street users.
